Gluten-free at the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival

This year’s Flower & Garden Festival features quite a few gluten-free options at the “outdoor kitchen” food kiosks. They are clearly marked in the festival’s “Garden Passport.” Pick up a free passport and head to the kiosks for some gluten-free deliciousness!

We didn’t try every single gluten-free item on the list, but got through quite a few of them. Here are some of our favorites:

Kale salad with dried cherries, almonds, goat cheese, and white balsamic vinaigrette.

We had a wonderful time strolling around the World Showcase and sampling these magnificent culinary creations. The Flower & Garden Festival runs through 5/17/15 so you still have time to get there for some wonderful gluten-free eating!

  1. Wow! Everything you and your son ate looked delicious. I think Epcot has the best food choices at Disney World. All of our meals there were wonderful.

I’m glad to see that WDW has such a good selection of gluten-free foods.
